That's the point — I do the setup. You send me your list, you get an app with one login. No spreadsheets, no fiddling with settings.
Can I keep my GoCardless?
Yes. Your existing GoCardless mandates carry over — they do nothing on your end. Your customers keep paying the same way.
I'm already using scheduling software for this.
Fair enough — most of it does a lot. RoundMate does less on purpose: just the round, who's due, who's paid. If that's all you need, it's simpler and cheaper.
What about my data?
It's yours. You can export it any time, and it's never sold or shared. If you ever want to leave, you take your customer list with you.

Do my customers need to download anything?+
No. RoundMate is for you, not your customers. They just keep getting cleaned and keep paying the same way they do now.
What if I want to change something after setup?+
Message me on WhatsApp and I'll update it. Most changes take minutes.
Is this only for window cleaning?+
No — it's built around any cleaning round: window cleaning, general or domestic cleaning, gutter clearing, anything with repeat customers on a schedule. If that's your business, it'll fit.
